Her journey began in psychology, but a deeper calling led her to education, theatre, and writing – earning her degrees in both theatre and writing. That winding path set the stage for a successful career grounded in authenticity and fueled by passion.

After early work in theatre and education, Kelly moved to Los Angeles and entered the world of voiceover—joining the esteemed team at The Voicecaster, the first voiceover casting company in the U.S. By 2013, she was the Owner and Head of Casting, leading thousands of projects and helping talent shine from behind the mic.

Beyond casting, Kelly is a sought-after voiceover coach and career mentor. Her holistic approach blends industry expertise with mindset work, guiding actors not only in their craft, but in building sustainable, fulfilling creative careers. In 2024, she launched Voicecaster Lab, an online VO education platform featuring workshops, the Voicecaster Insiders Membership, and the elite VCL MasterMIND program – all rooted in education, empowerment, and aligned personal development for success and achievement both professionally and personally on an individual level.

A certified Life Coach specializing in Authenticity, Communication, and Confidence, Kelly also works with clients navigating life transitions, creative challenges, and career pivots.
